When starting and moving the machine, pay attention to the safety of the surroundings and sound the horn. When inspecting, sweeping and adjusting the transplanter, the engine must be turned off and the parking lock hooked, and the hydraulic locking handle must be placed in the closed position to ensure that the transplanting part does not descend before proceeding. Do not refuel when the main gear lever is in the e-stop position, do not use the e-stop function on ramps to stop the engine, otherwise it will cause loss of control due to the wheels being neutral. When starting, confirm whether the emergency flameout lever is in the starting position, whether the main gear lever is in the neutral position, the secondary gear shift handle is in the neutral position, the rice transplant clutch handle is in the neutral position, pull the throttle handle to the "working range" position, and pay attention to the safety of the surrounding personnel. After screwing the key of the main switch to the running position, press the horn, press the brake pedal hard, rotate to the "start" position, the engine starts, and after starting, open the hand from the key of the main switch.

When the transplanter moves, raise the transplanting part to the highest position, and then put the hydraulic locking handle in the "off" position, cut the anti-collapse variable speed handle into the "operation", when the sub-variable speed handle is cut into the "field operation" gear, or "walking on the road" gear, slowly push the main variable speed handle, and the transplanter begins to move.

When the transplanter is running, put the sub-variable speed handle in the "neutral" position, put the rice transplant clutch handle in the "transplanted" position, and slowly move the main variable speed handle to the "forward" side, the greater the push of the handle, the faster the transplanting part rotates. Please pay attention to the safety of the surrounding people during the test operation, and if an abnormal situation occurs, stop the operation and shut down the engine for inspection. Try not to use the brake pedal when driving, or hit the direction sharply, which is easy to cause overturning. If the road conditions are unclear or feel in a dangerous area, be sure to turn off the engine, get out of the car to check the road conditions, prohibit the body to drive in the left and right inclination of more than 15 degrees, the machine should be perpendicular to the field when crossing the field, when the field ridge is above 10cm, apply a special springboard, when the field ridge exceeds 10cm, it is dangerous not to use the springboard, which is easy to cause overturning.

Before shutting down the engine, put the main gear handle to a neutral position, the secondary gear shift handle to a neutral position, put down the rice insert, and then put the throttle handle on the "turtle" side, reduce the speed, turn the key to the stop position, and shut down the engine. When loading and unloading the machine, it should be carried out in a flat place, there should be no one around, and the loading and unloading should be carried out under the on-site command of the assistant, and unrelated personnel should not be allowed to approach the transplanter.

The transplanter should be loaded in a backward way, unloaded in a forward way, hang up the parking brake of the truck, the length of the loading and unloading plate should be more than four times the height of the cargo box, the width should be more than 30cm, and the single piece can bear the weight of more than 600 kg, and has a non-slip structure. Raise the transplanting part, the sub-variable speed hangs the "field operation" gear, the throttle handle is placed in the operating range, confirm that the wheels are in the central position of the loading and unloading version, press the front wheel differential locking pedal, and on the way up and down the loading and unloading plate, it is forbidden to operate the steering wheel or press the brake pedal, otherwise the transplanter has the danger of rapid downward rush and fall. If you want to change direction, return to the ground or carriage first, correct the direction and then put the unloading plate up and down again.

After being loaded into the cabin, turn off the engine, attach the parking brake, place the hydraulic locking handle in "off", the sub-shift handle in "field work", and the anti-collapse shift handle in the "neutral" position. Unloading is the same as loading, but also pay attention to the above aspects.

Hooking up the parking brake, placing the hydraulic locking handle off, placing the sub-variable speed handle in the field to work, and gently holding the planting with a rope without a rope will actively encourage. Note, never tie the rope to the preparatory straw bracket, otherwise it will damage the preparation straw holder.
